Outlander TV and Off-book custom tour

Here's a few photos from the private, family tour this weekend, which was part Outlander and part Anything-else-that's-cool.

  1. Yes! This tour was fun and educational, mainly because Scot is a traditional Highland storyteller. We were initially concerned that only four of us are Outlander fans but all the sites we visited were historical and picturesque, whether connected or not to the series. The Famous Grouse Experience was top shelf. Also, we learned a great deal about traditional sheep herding and the Scottish wool industry - the visit to Strathearn Fleece and Fibre was memorable, much made by Colin and his team, which included three lovable border collies.

Many thanks to Scot and Samantha, who went above and beyond to accommodate us, our physical challenges and include stops that were fun and interesting as well for the teens in our group. We hope to one day return and continue the adventure.
